Question Laptop recommendations ?

• Size: around 15"
• Resolution: 2K
• Portable laptop
• I don't plan to use it for gaming.
• Tasks: programming and web browsing
• Storage: 512GB minimum
• I was thinking about Dell XPS
• I don't need an optical drive
• I would like to install Linux, so I want a laptop that comes without Windows so i don't pay Windows license.
• I would also like a laptop without dGPU so the battery lasts longer between charges.

I live in Italy

I was thinking about Dell XPS
Dell's XPS range of laptops were previously meant for gaming, and professionals who need power on the go, akin to photographers. If your preference is to go with it's sleek look, MSI have a range of laptops that look like that/an Apple MacBook, under their Modern series. Asus have the Vivobook as well.

Lenovo sells laptops pre loaded with linux.
If you have a Italian location for lenovo, give them a call.
In the usa, I have had good experience calling the lenovo reps.
They know their products and can suggest options or sales that are not publicized.
