laptop screen firdges while playing gaming or using softwares

i have an asus NB FX553VD GAMING LAPTOP .Its configuration = i7 processor 7th gen, 8gb ram,graphic card 2gb nvidia gtx1050 ,2.81ghz,and windows 10 installed.

whenever i run any intense application like games or video editing software suddenly after sometimes my screen fridges screen vanishes and some vertical and cubical pixels appears on screen and a sound also starts coming out from my laptop(its like chrrrrrrrrrrrrrr) i dont know is it windows problem or hardware problem . pls help if anyone know anything about it. pls check this link this is what happening with my laptop i recorded it .https://youtu.be/mjV-DLqtCEc

isnt gpu problem ? bec whenever i play games or use heavy editing software i face this problem

Yes, i did see the video. I could not differentiate if the sound is coming from the laptop's speakers or the laptop itself. Does your laptop has a GPU fan or only One fan? Like i said, it could either be the HDD or the GPU...

it has only one fan , i saw it in bios it is running with speed of something 4 thousand rpm.. and i also noticed that my cpu temperature is varying from 78 to 81 in bios and my ambient temperature is 35 deg
