Question Laptop screen freezing with red/blue/green pixels ?

My laptop Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 15ADA05 is freezing with red blue green pixels on screen even when i am not doing anything on it.
Sometimes i even get these blue screen errors:
"Kernel security check failure" and "System exception failure"

My specs are
Windows 10 home
Ryzen 3 3250u
Vega 3 iGpu
8gb dual channel (4+4) 2666mhz ram
256gb nvme ssd
1tb SATA hdd

Windows installed on ssd

I even did a factory reset so both drives are completely empty

Can you use the pc at all? If so run sfc /scannow see if it says anything.

I did this now it said is fixed 2 files
But the the laptop still crashes a lot

Do you have windows restore points available from before this started happening? Might save some time and effort if so.
