I am planning to buy a laptop, but i have some diffulties at choosing the model. Do you guys have any suggestions?
Requirements:
No integrated graphics
As cheap as possible
Should be able to at least run a large amount of games in 720p@60fps
Least rgb as possible

Solution
Cheap laptops almost always have only integrated graphics. You will need to look in the 600-800 dollar range for a new laptop that comes with a graphics card (maybe 500-600 if there is a sale). The Acer Nitro is one of the more affordable lines of gaming laptops. If you look around on teh used market you could probably find one with a Intel i5 and 1050ti or 1060 GPU for 400ish

You can use a site like newegg.com to sort laptops by price range and graphics cards.

As the user above said, you will find it very difficult to find a cheap laptop with dedicated graphics.

You might be better off just getting a lightweight desktop pc or looking on eBay for a cheap Alienware laptop.

Live near a Microcenter? You can find laptops for much cheaper then online in store.

I'm buying this one on Saturday for $600 (9300H/8gb/1650 Max-Q 4gb/512gb NVMe SSD).

(Normally goes for like $750-850 online)

There's this one for $500 (8300H/8gb/GTX 1050 4gb/1TB HDD).

(Normally goes for like $700 online)

The i5 version
I got mine yesterday, took awhile to get everything updated but it runs great. Division 2 with a mix of Med/Low settings runs at 60 FPS without getting too hot so it does stay stable. While I normally don't use it Nvidia GeForce Experience has set the games pretty good and MSI's software seems pretty good at optimizing the performance/battery for the system. Also not much for bloatware, just Norton and something else I can't remember that I ended up uninstalling.
