Hey, I have an Acer Nitro 5. I did not use it for last 2 months, I turned it on today, I ran the fans on max to check if my laptop's fans are working and it shut down all of sudden. My laptop's battery was 5% charged after I turned it back on. Could someone tell me what's up with it? I would also like to add that there were cockroaches entering in and out of my laptop's vents, is it possible that they have caused a damage?
