i have a problem with my laptop download speed. Earlier i had problems with HDD, slow system starts etc... My windows was loading sooo long and had 100% disk usage... fixed that with clean reinstall (from USB FDD) , installed all drivers, updated windows, updated windows store apps... and NOW.... PROBLEM WITH FKING DOWNLOAD SPEED... i´m furious about it...
When i try internet speed test - its ok, good download, good ping etc... just like on my desktop.
But when i start downloading on steam, epicgamelauncher,browser etc.. the download starts good (5 MB/s - my normal download speed) and than starts slowing down to KB/s... and get stuck on 1 MB/s +- ... maximum download after that is 1,5 MB/s...
When i was downloading Fortnite (DONT HATE ME xD) ... it was 5MB/s for like 30s and than comes to 1MB/s forever.. and DISK usage was jumping from 0b to 300 Mb/s writing speed... Is it a disk problem?
PS: When i´m downloading on desktop - it is downloading 5 MB/s +- ... never drops to 1 MB/s ..... i have tried Wifi and Ethernet
Both PCs have HDD, not SSD..
Problem is on: Acer Aspire E15 - E5-575G (i5-7200u, 940MX, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD)
Should i send it back to Acer for complaint ? I was talking to them on phone.. and they told me to reinstall it... i have done it and again new problem...
