[SOLVED] Laptop sound not working ?

since a small while my laptop sound stopped working because of some windows 11 bug, it says it has 2 output devices, whichever one i try, no audio comes out of my laptop speakers, connecting a different different audio device works fine but my onboard sound doesnt work anymore, i tried reinstalling the drivers which didnt work. i dont know how to fix this since i cannot find anything online about this issue.
i have a lenovo ideapad 3 with a ryzen 5 5500u, and im running the latest update of windows 11.

Hey,

I see this is a pretty common problem.

Some users fix it by reinstalling drivers, then disabling Audio Enhancements.

Hi, First, check your laptop volume. everyone occasionally forgets to unmute. So your first step should be to click the Speaker icon in the bottom-right corner of the taskbar and make sure your volume is on and turned up. thank you.
