laptop that is good for slight gaming and notes

looking for a laptop that i can bring to college that can game good port selection so i can hook up an external monitor and that is not too big so i can take it to class. The battery should last me through all my classes and more (8 hours +)

For 8+ hour battery life, you're probably looking at a U-series CPU with an extended battery. A serious gaming laptop definitely won't do it.

i know there are some games that can be played with integrated graphics. I will be looking for a laptop with an i7 u cpu
