Laptop to wired laptop

Hello,
i have taken hathway broadband connection to my one laptop.I want to connect other laptop to it
by wireless connection.How to connet?

I take it the first laptop is connected by ethernet cable to your modem or router.

Although you could do what you seem to be proposing, the conventional solution is to use a wireless router connected to the modem (or an integrated modem/router with inbuilt wireless). Then you can connect both laptops by wireless (or one by ethernet cable for speed).
