Question laptop underperforming like CRAZY

for the past few months its been underperforming on higher end games(fifa) but now i cant even surpass 60 fps on a mc type game, ive cleaned the insides recently, anyone know what this is? https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/68050705 this is the run on benchmark see the specs here anyone i only played fifa and now some valorant and its much worse than it used to, but now on mc or around that end games i lag

What games? Source?

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe laptop performance. Use both tools but only one tool at a time.

First observe while not gaming. Then observe while gaming and look for what changes.

You will need to keep the tool window visible so you can see what is (or is not) happening.

Seems to be overheating.
Check cpu and gpu temperatures. Use MSI Afterburner.

yh i get 95 gpu 92 cpu a lot anyway to cool it off

What do you have running in the background might also affect your gaming (and overall) performance.

Open Task Manager and have a look at those programs and how much CPU / RAM they're using.

for some reason more ram is running than my task manager shows is that js windows or possibly malware
