Question Laptop Using Intel GPU instead of RTX 2060

I opened snipping tool while running a game and my laptop crashed. When it restarted, it was only using my Intel UHD 630 instead of my RTX 2060. I can't open Nvidia control panel, I've tried to reinstall my drivers, use a DDU, and now I've clean installed windows from my flash drive and nothing has worked. I'm all out of things to do that I know of. If anyone could help I'd be extremely grateful

Is you RTX 2060 showing up on the device manager? If not, it had probably died.

maybe try disabling the UHD 630 from device manager. I personally never had this problems and there might be some errors, but that might be the fix.


you could also try this.
Settings>System>Display>Graphics settings>Browse and add the games/apps which you want to select the GPU for and you should have the option to select the GPU.
With the later versions of Windows, selection of GPU doesn't work in Nvidia control panel anymore.
