Laptop wifi ping spikes?

Hello, recently I've switched from a desktop (with wifi) to a laptop which is the asus ROG g73jh Windows 10 . I jumped into a csgo match last night and my ping would jump from 50-70 all the way to 200-700 every couple of seconds. I've tried configs and such but nothing has worked

If you use the wifi at some play that isn't your house, do you get the same swings?

There are lots of local reasons that you could be getting interruption in your wifi like that, but not a lot you can do about it.

Also the king of wireless router you have is important.
