Question Laptop will not boot.. random BSOD messages

My laptop just stopped working today with random BSOD messages every time i boot it. some being but not limited to;
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
0xc00000e
System Thread exception not handled
Driver Overran Stack Buffer

It happens before the computer gets to the Login menu, I can get into bios but i can't do anything else. I put a Windows installation on a USB in hopes to fresh install Windows thinking it would help, but it crashes when I boot it from the USB also with same errors. Googling the Error codes gives similar results saying its a Driver issue, but should it be giving the same errors when booting from a USB? Laptop: Asus TUF Gaming FX504

Put a copy of memtest86 on a flash stick.

See if it will boot if it does let it run.....no errors allowed.
