I have been wanting to buy the benq zowie xl2411z for my laptop ( msi ge62vr https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GE62VR-6RF-Apache-Pro/Specification) to play at 144hz and i dont know if my laptop ports are capable of doing so. I did some research and it even confuses me more. Thank you in advance if you can help me.

Which laptop do you have? In the link you gave it has a 1060 3gb version and a 1060 6gb version. The fact of the matter is, neither of those GPUs will run modern AAA games at 1080p @144hz with reasonable settings. The 1060 6gb will be your best chance at getting higher fps in some games, but the 1060 is designed for 1080P @ 60hz. The 1060 3gb will be even worse.

Download GPUz from here and it will tell you what GPU you have in the laptop.

If you have a 1060 3gb, I would not spend the money on a high refresh rate monitor. If you have a 1060 6gb and like older games or some MOBAs like LOL then it may be a good purchase. All you will need to do is hook the monitor up through your mini Display...

You'd need to plug that monitor into the Mini-DisplayPort on your laptop. HDMI does not do 144Hz, so you'd need a DisplayPort to Mini-DisplayPort cable.

I will say though, that just because you will be able to get it working through the Mini-DisplayPort, a GTX 1060 will pretty much never get to 144Hz during gaming unless you turn down all the settings to like low-med. It just doesn't have enough power to push 1080p 144hz. So you decide whether or not it's worth it for you if you can't hit 144Hz while gaming.

All you will need to do is hook the monitor up through your mini Display port on the PC to the display port on the monitor. You may need a mini DP port to DP port adapter.
