Question laptop with NVMe ssd dual boot, can i clone drive?

hello, this question is a little bit tone so here goes.
I have a laptop with a 2tb NVMe ssd hard drive, it has dual boot windows 7 and 10.
Can i clone the ssd drive and put it in another laptop and it boot right up? programs software and all?

is there a way i can copy that same drive and shrink the two partitions keeping everyhitng intact ....say down to a 1tb size?

can i take the ssd drive and copy it to a laptop that has a sata drive and all the programs/software work just the the original?

Almost certainly not.

A Windows install is NOT modular, to be moved to different hardware.
Especially laptops. And especially Win 7.
