Laptop wont boot after ram upgrade

Hello,
I decided to buy new memory for my Acer Aspire V7 582pg, in addition to integrated 4GB. Now my system wouldn't even get into the bios, everything looks working (fans etc), display starts blinking. It works normal without additional memory (only with integrated ram) and with the old one.

System:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4500U 1.8GHz 2-Core
Memory: Kingston Laptop Ram 2GB DDR3L-1600 (Acr16d3ls1ngg/2g)
GPUs: Nvidia GeForce 750M 4GB; Intel HD Graphics 4400
HDD: WDC WD5000L12X-21UJGT0 (480 GB)
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
New RAM - Patriot DDR3L-1600 8GB (PSD38G1600L2S)

Looks like it can be upgraded to an 8GB module + 4GB soldered...Timings might be the issue though.
Needs: DDR3-1600 11-11-11-28 timings

Can;t find much on that specific RAM module, but does appear to be CL11.
