Question Laptop won't boot Windows 11 installation from USB

I have a portable Ubuntu installation that I use on multiple devices. I used it on my Lenovo laptop that had Windows 11 installed on it and both OS worked fine. I don't remember what I did but now I can't boot into Windows but Ubuntu still works. I've tried numerous solutions and even reinstalling Windows with a USB, but it won't boot it. The drive with Windows installed on it was wiped clean so it no longer has Windows installed either.

Is the system just not seeing the USB? Can you give us more details on the specifics of the failure?

I can see the USB when I'm on Ubuntu, but when it's plugged in on startup, it doesn't load into the Windows installation. It doesn't show in BIOS either. I've used this USB to install Windows on other PCs.

If you boot straight to BIOS/boot order the USB isn't an option?

No, all I get is USB HDD, USB FDD, etc. Even if i put USB HDD first, it won't boot into it. When I have my portable SSD with Ubuntu plugged in, it has the name of the drive next to USB HDD.
