Laptop wont launch Rocket League

Obviously, a desktop is far more superior in gaming than laptops, as I built one myself and use it as my primary gaming rig, but when I need to travel, I have a rather older laptop, the HP Elitebook 8460p, and according to the requirements of the game, it seems playable on minimum settings, and even though the requirements show a dedicated gpu as a minimum, people are saying that it is playable with integrated graphics (I know they are still far worse). I have the same security devices on both systems, and it launches on desktop, but not on laptop? So...what next? Oh, and I'm using Steam...

UPDATE: Problem Solved. Apparently, if a game is just at or below a games requirements, it just wont launch. Huh. No further answers needed.
