Laptop wont read game discs

My HP Pavilion 15 laptop will read DVDs but it will not read a game disc which it used to read before. Please can someone help me solve this problem. (the game disc which it will no longer read is Farming Simulator 2015)

Just that 1 dvds? Is that disk dirty or crack?
