Question Laptop wont start even when plugged in

laptop doesnt turn on even when plugged in
charging light is on
but when pressed power button nothing happens.

tried many ways mentioned in google nothing works
please help....

What kind of laptops is yours? and when you switch it on, do you hear fan noise I mean like the laptop works but the screen is black? did you crash your laptop or opened it? you are not giving much information to help you, if you dont know, just send it to Maintenance
