Question Laptop's display switch off and switch on every X seconds

Hi,

I have a HP OMEN 16-k0011ns gaming laptop with Windows 11.

When I use it with an external monitor connected by HDMI I have no problems. In this case, the only screen is the external monitor: laptop's display is switch off always. Here, I have no problems.

But, when I use laptop's screen, without any other external monitor, the screen stars to switch off and switch on.

What could be happening?

I have updated to the latest Graphic Card drivers, and it continues.

What if you set the laptop screen as the only active screen?

Settings => Display => Multiple Displays => (select just the laptop screen)

I have updated the question because I think I haven't explained correctly. Or maybe, I don't understand your answer.

Hey there,

Run the HP Assistant. Run the scanner, and make sure everything is updated as per the driver list that HP Assistant gives you and then reboot and start testing again.

Hey there,

I've noticed that when the laptop is connected with its power supply the screen doesn't switch off and on. And also, when it's fully charged.

When the battery is less than 50%, it stars switching off and on.
