[SOLVED] Large downloads failing on all browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge); not a network issue.

Any time I try to download a file over 200-ish MB, the download fails. I know it's not a network issue, I've been able to download the same file on my laptop using the same browser. I'm currently on Windows 10, and am on version 84.0.2 (64-bit) Firefox.
I can repeatedly attempt to download the file, but it stops around 50MB and displays a .part file in my downloads folder. Using bittorrent or any torrenting service seems to work fine, however. Only normal downloads do not work.

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any Microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

.part is a partial download. its possible another program is interfering in the process, see if clean boot changes anything.
