Large wireless video data transfer?

I am simply trying to get video files between 5-50gb's sent from another pc. What would be the best way to send files this large all at once?

If they are on the same network, enable file sharing and just copy them. If not, then an external USB hard drive would be a good option.

It's from another state, trying to figure out away to transfer it via the web.
