i am buying a used gpu and done the driver update but the switch is not function, I am still got 1320Mhz Please help

Usually the switches on the cards are for multiple BIOS and I don't see anything on the website that says anything about a silent mode. You could however activate AMD Chill via the AMD Radeon Software suite or create a custom fan curve that's quieter then the stock curve.

I see, so yea if the clock speed doesn't go down then it may of been something the previous owner did to the card.

How are you attempting to install the driver?

Are you physically connected to the 570, and not to an onboard iGP?

Yes i connected it right to the pcie first running well and after maybe 2 or 3 day this is happen, my gpu is not working. I have already did install the driver from amd and already use ddu

Please post your full system specs.

My system psu enlight 450w, i5 3570, 8gb ddr3 memory.
