Well, I've been on hold with Hogwart Legacy for few weeks, when I had to downgrade my ram to 16Gb for a while, and unfortunately Hogwart Legacy wasn't run well below 32Gb..
I just checked, cuz being curious, if there is anything new about it, and yeah, latest patch for 4th May, comes with plenty of fixes. Now runs at 16gb Very Good !! Now stutter or so.. But..
They updated also FSR from 2.1 (which was actually good) to 2.2, which is actually terrible in terms of massive shimmering and artifacting on all over the foliage.. I'm glad that after patch the game runs way smoothly on 16Gb of ram, but on 5700XT at 1440p with mixed settings, can't run at 60fps without FSR, so I have to use FSR 1.0 UltraQulity, so not a big deal, when the game run at 16gb 😌👌.
Overall my thoughts, after seeing how FSR 2.2 works at FH5, I guess it's unfortunately a bit broken implementation in Hogwarts Legacy, and probably they will fix it in a future 😁
