By plainly looking at the fps

rx 460: 40-60 fps in game
apu- 60-100 fps

Seems the RX460 is significantly under-performing. Did you installing the latest video drivers after installing the RX460 or did you just reload the drivers that were being used for the APU graphics?

Is it not a bottleneck? And yeah installed the latest drivers for sure man

Even if the APU (CPU) presents a bottleneck, your RX460 should still outperform the much less capable APU graphics.

Of course, I'm completely dumbfounded. The rx 460 is also being used for sure as the Dvi is plugged into the gpu port
