Hi, just a quick question. Today its almost 40 degrees in Melbounre and i have my PC in a room on the second floor of the house. I wouldn't dare use it on days like these but is it safe just sitting there off in warm environments?

Thanks!

The system is perfectly safe sitting in a warm room while turned off. As Ichrisk states, even turned on and in use, it's probably very safe as well, but turned off, all components are sitting at ambient (room) temperatures which are well within the components technical heat limitations. A CPU won't start running into trouble until it hits somewhere in the neighborhood of 65 degrees C. A GPU can generally handle even higher temps while in use.
