Question LED glows for DRAM for 3 sec approx and the system restarts, NO display also.

Hi,
So I just assembled a new pc. Connected everything, connected monitor. I click on power button the system starts. No display is shown. LED cycles through and glows on DRAM on my motherboard. Then the system stops for a second then restarts cycle continues.
Tried disconnecting cables and reconnecting. Removing and reseating RAMs on different slots.
For what I can see is that the RAM is faulty.
Please let me know if any other info is required.

Ryzen 5 2600x
gigabyte b450 auros elite
2x8 Corsair vengence LPX C16 3000 MHz
Corsair Vs550
MSI RX 580 armor OC 8gb
1 Tb WD HDD

Try to turn it on using only one memory stick, then if still doens't work, remove it and plug the other memory.

Tried with one stick also. Same result. But havnt tried all possible combinations.
Is it really necessary to put 2 sticks in 1, 3 or 2, 4 slots ? I know its better this way to seat and unseat but does the other way affects the working of the system ?

Also, CPU fan is running and GPU fan is running and the MB also keeps the RED light for the DRAM only.
