LEDs turn on, but not the fans

In addition, my graphics card light (evga 980ti) does not light up, as well as my keyboard, plugged into the motherboard usb 2.0 slots. The LEDs on the fans and the fan itself does not power on. The PSU fan does not power on. The power button does not light up, neither does it power on the system. I have double checked that they are connected to the right places on the motherboard, and the 8 pin and 24 pin connectors are snug. I would like to note that my motherboard is the ASUS Maximus viii hero and my PSU is a evga supernova g2 850w(recently RMA'd and returned).

Hard to tell when I can't see it. I could guess but it does you no good. Take it in and have a PC place run a free diagnostic. They do that sometimes. Call around.
