Hi all,

Basicly I left a LG e2750 monitor in my hot car ( summer here in australia) and when i got it out the back was almost to hot to touch.

Well when I booted it up I noticed it had a large amount of screen bleeding on the left side and even a large part in the middle.
The thing is ive never used the monitor it was given to me.
Is it possible the extreme heat has caused the bleeding?

The lcd is damaged due to excessive heat. Liquid crystal is very finicky, and although there are ways to fix it, the work required and the cost of liquid crystal almost always outweighs the cost of a new monitor.
