Lefty needs joystick- help here

Hi all,
I am looking to ditch my SW Precision Pro w/ ForceFeedback that doesn't work for a better J/S
the trouble is i'm a lefty with a disfunctional right (troubles for the average gamer, though i can type one handed at 60wpm i am in need of a joystick that can handle FPS (Q3, uT, HL+CS, etc. ) and Sims reasonably well
Force feedback isn't a requirement, but many buttons (4 + a hat min.) on the joystick are a must, as is rudder (twist) anyone know a good stick that is usable in XP/2k?
