[SOLVED] Legal to run OSX in a VM on windows?

I'm a windows user (some Linux as well) and have never used mac before. I have a few friends that use mac, but sometimes they have tech issues and I can't help them because I don't know Macintosh. Do you have to buy OSX to run it in a VM?

Has to be legal too, I don't want to do anything with hackintosh (unless that's legal lol).

As you don't own a Mac you cannot legally obtain a copy of any recent version of OS X. So, no, you couldn't legally run it in a VM.
