Lenovo All in one IdeaCentre B540p not working properlly

Hi, I have a Lenovo all in one with a particular issue, the comuper won't stat if HMDI cable is not connected!

At the beggining I thought I let the external screen and screen 1 of default. but I have format 2 times and same problem.
I found on a forum someone said that I just need to update the video drivers, it's done but same problem.

The computer only show it's onw screen when is connected to the HMDI cable with a TV with power, if the tv no power the computer don't start.

the computer work perfect after all this wires are connected!

any ideas where I can find a solution. the computer it's 3 years old with no warranties IdeaCentre B540p
