Hello, I have the latest windows 10 updates installed. but one day my laptop started to lag. because I usually watch movie and listen to music with my laptop, it ruins my experience of watching and listening. I thought it was because of heavy applications so I used the fresh start tool. and it removed most of my applications and the windows worked properly without any lags until I decided to restart it and again the lags came back. now that I don't have any applications or games that can possibly fill the memory or the CPU, I don't know where the lag comes from. so i'm open to suggestions. thank you

There are a few things you can try.

1) Scan your PC for any viruses or malwares using your favorite anti-virus program.

2) Run an efficient PC optimization tool such as Ccleaner or Ashampoo WinOptimizer.

3) Defragment the System Drive of your PC.

4) Run the SFC /SCANNOW Command and see if it automatically fixes the issue.

so I came up with the idea that maybe removing my latest windows update might help. but since I fresh started my windows I can't remove my latest installed updates because the "installed updates" screen is blank. is there any other way to uninstall them?
