A friend of mine has a Lenovo Legion S7-15ACH6. They was playing a game, and was able to hear the fan and listen to the audio from the game, then out of nowhere the fan stopped spinning and the audio was gone. They have turned the laptop off, and back on to see if that would fix the problem but it didn't. I suggested to see if the there was any airflow coming out the vents but there was none. I am thinking it is bios related since I had heard of a few people suggesting to do it, seeing as how the fans are controlled through the bios. If anyone has had a problem like this or knows a little more about it, please let me know. Here in a few days when I get a chance, I will attempt to do a bios update.
