My gaming laptop (Lenovo Legion Y52O ) which I have owned for about 4 years started to stutter quiet frequently on games which ran very smooth (valorant,minecraft,gta 5 etc.). So I decided to format it thinking it would fix the issue. But it just made it worse. Now games stutter every 2-3 seconds and it is literally unbearable. My FPS drops from 150-200 to 20 every 2 seconds in valorant an its extremely annoying. I've updated the graphics drivers and BIOS. but it didn't change anything. As far as I'm concerned my laptop doesn't have cooling issues but I really don't know what's the cause of this nonsense. I would be very happy if somebody knows the solution to this.
