Question Lenovo Legion Y545- display issue

The laptop display is not working, but functions with an external monitor. I'd like to replace the screen cable but can't identify what the part # is. (I contacted Encompass, the Lenovo part vendor, and my ticket is being ignored.) Any ideas? Or other suggestions of what the problem might be? TIA

If you reach out to Lenovo tech support and get someone who has a brain they will give you a part number. Or just take it apart the old cable should have a part number on it.

Yeah maybe I need to just open it up and dig into it. I looked for schematics, etc, but no luck.
