Actually, if your laptop has DDR3 1333 (or lower speed) RAMs, installing DDR3 1600 will provide a slight boost in your frames using a Richland APU.
The over-riding issue, however, is the A6-5350M APU only has 192 Radeon cores at 533MHz --- you may be able to OC the graphics engine a bit but it will struggle against a similar APU with up to 384 Radeon cores, or the new Kaveri with up to 512 'GCN' Radeon cores ...
