Question Lenovo Thinkpad T460 won't turn on ?

Hello everyone,

Just bought this laptop, and everything seemed to be working fine, but after installing Windows 11, the battery started behaving oddly, showing 0%, which is not true because it was at 70% just a few minutes before I started installing Windows 11. After that, it shut down all of a sudden. I turned it on, and the battery still showed 0%. Around 3 minutes later, it shut down again, and I didn't even try to turn it on again, so I simply plugged the charger and left it there "charging" while I was doing some other things. When I came back, it wouldn't turn on anymore; it's only been doing what's shown in the video.

Any type of help is appreciated. Thanks.

Considering that the laptop is brand new, for you at least, you should ask for a refund since it seems like the laptop's motherboard might've conked out. There might very well be a short in the motherboard.
