Question Lenovo v530s second hand

So i bought a 2nd hand Lenovo v530s for a great price, and it was working fine until i noticed the fans starts to spin everytime i plug the powersupply, like it boots up when i press power button but GPU and CPU fans start to spin before i boot it, but you know its kinda worrying, i tried another PSU, same issue, tried another ram, same issue, another GPU, same issue but when i moved the CPU, GPU, SSD etc [except motherboard], it doesnt happen, so im sure the problem is coming from the motherboard, any solution ?

Just to be sure, can you parse a link to the Lenovo system you're working with? What BIOS version are you currently working with for the platform? I'm asking since a lot of people have been posting in the wrong sections and giving us little to no information or at the very least the necessary information to troubleshoot the issue at hand.
