[SOLVED] Lenovo Windows 10 stuck in infinite reboot

Yesterday I attempted to reinstall Windows 10 because my laptop had been freezing up. It went through all the processes. But when it started installing Windows it got up to 64% and it says it will restart several times, but it just keeps rebooting. It shows the blue screen of 64% and it starts again with the Lenovo screen and says welcome then shows the blue screen then keep repeating. My question is is there a way to enter Windows repair to fix it?

Restart the install from the beginning and see if it does the same thing. It could be s a driver issue, but I would try the install over from scratch before trying anything else.

How to I get the options (repair) screen? I've tried F8, F12, and F2.
