Hello, recently i had to go to the manufacture (again for the sixth or fifth time thanks to its product being...yeah) to change my 5 Months old laptop's hard disk because it was making clicking sound and the disk usage was pretty high. so they changed the hard disk. the moment i received it and opened it i immediately told the engineer it is slow and the disk usage is weirdly high he was like (naaaaaah it's cool besides you have warranty so...if something is wrong just come again) it's an hour trip for me to go there and it isn't a very nice one. should i call them they would not provide any technical supports (when i complained about issues with the laptop when i upgraded to windows 10 they said it doesn't support it, i insisted it does so they had to call in '' experts '' these experts say they have no drivers for windows 10 nor the windows itself) so if i am gonna go there it will be yet another painful trip for me. another thing i forgot to mention the whole problem mainly resides in anything i try to open i think but not all, for example i can open google chrome in a second but when i tried to open daemon tools, install anything including windows updates it would take extremely long. and apparently all it takes for my disk usage to get to 100% is 2.5mb. please if there's anything i can do on my side do tell me because their services is...unbearable. thanks in advance.
tl;dr: changed SSHD, used diagnostic on it there was no problem. installments and any applications take too long to even open and the installment itself gets even longer.

Well, I didn't realize that you'll void the warranty of the laptop if you decide to change the HDD. Unfortunately this ties your hands and you cant even go for help to a computer service shop. I guess you can only deal with this situation by going to for the manufacturer's customer support or the vendor you got it from 🙁
Hey there, Kinazo.

From what I was able to find out, you do have the option for Windows 10 (both 32bit and 64bit versions). At least there are drivers for this laptop model on the official website.
As for you drive problem, it sounds like there might be something else that might be at fault here. If the drive comes clean after each test and you're having the same issue with the newly installed drive, there might be something wrong with the mobo or the SATA port or the cables.
I'd recommend that you try the drive with a another computer if possible and re-test it to see if anything else comes up. Run a benchmark tool as well to see what kind of speeds you'll get. Other than that you could try updating or resetting your BIOS/UEFI, to see if that fixes things up.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how it goes.

i can't just unlock the hard drive it would damage the warranty.
