Lenovo YOGA 3Pro won't turn on or charge

My wife was using he laptop and it suddenly just turned off. now it won't turn on and the chaging light won't come on. It is a fixed internal battery so taking the battery out won't work. Any ideas?

If it suddenly turned off and won't charge either, it may be the power-brick (a/c adapter) that's died and needs replacing.
