Lenovo Z51-70. Can I replace or upgrade its video card?

Lenovo Z51-70
Can I replace it's video card AMD radeon r9 m375. I have been reading reviews that it has bad performance and I while I play I mostly get only 30-40 fps with 1366x768 resolution and the default is 1920x1080. I am thinking of switching to nvidia. I dont know what would be compatible if it can be replaced.

8.00 GB ram
Windows 8.1 64bit
AMD radeon r9 m375
intel hd graphics 5500

You can't upgrade the video card in that laptop.
