Letter after Model?

So I was wondering what the number after the motherboard meant. For example, I was looking at z370 motherboards. Some said like z370-E or z370-F etc What does that mean?

like wifi and design, rgb, whatever

Also, not the same thing. Some are better, some smaller, some more focused on specific needs. Look at the chart and pick the one that suits you. But overall, they support the same CPU.
