Question Letter D on my keyboard wont function when I press it down

I just bought a new mechanical keyboard and I have been using it for office use for the first 2 weeks but when I started getting into gaming with the keyboard I noticed these "hiccups" with the letter d that when I hold it down to turn right with whatever game I have, sometimes it wont register. Sometimes these hiccups get really bad that almost every minute it happens.

Make and model of the mechanical keyboard? You might want to see if the same thing happens on a donor system(while gaming). I'm assuming your keyboard has a rollover limit (in spite of it being 2020), which is why I asked what the make and model of the keyboard is.

the model is a rakk lam ang lite, and I think it only happens if the letter d is held down if its just a tap it works fine. It's not always just sometimes, then there's times that it's really bad.
