Letter "W" repeating even without keyboard

So hi... I think the title is pretty self-explanatory.. after some period of time my PC (at least I think) starts repeating letter "W" so I thought my keyboard is broken and the key is somehow still pressed but the repeating goes on even when I unplug the keyboard from the PC... so I tried to start pc without keyboard and opening wordpad and when I came home after school there it was pages of "W"... so I need to know if it is something I can repair or I have to reinstall whole OS.. btw I am on Windows 10 Pro and its freshly reinstalled five days ago..

I repair computers for living and if this is happening without a keyboard most likely mean a defective mobo and needs to be replaced.

before doing so, try another keyboard and unplug anything else in usb ports.

You can try reinstalling windows and you should know right away because it will probably abort and or when you need to type in info, it will type "w"

Thanks for your answer but I don't think it is defective mobo, because the PC never did it once in past 2 years since I have built it.. it's only doing after the reinstall I did recently.
