Question Lexar 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD not showing up in BIOS

I have setup pc with the following specs:
CPU : ryzen 9 3900x.
MOBO : B450 Aorus Pro with bios version f65.
RAM : 32gb ddr4 3200 mhz
GPU : RX 5700 xt
SSD : Lexar 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe NM790, Samsung 500GB 2,5" SATA SSD 860 EVO
HDD: Western digital 1tb

I bought a brand new m2 ssd lexar 2 tb, NVME M.2 SSD not detected as well in windows, have latest bios available, tried to connect SSD to m2a and m2b port, both don't work. Also checked this SSD on my laptop, and it works there.

You could try and remove all storage drives, drop the NVMe drive into slot M2_A, clear the CMOS and then see if that helps, bring it up in BIOS.

Hi, ssd and hdd using 0 and 1 slots. Also the problem is that currently m2 slot is on m2a, so all 4 SATA ports should work, but right now work only 1st(0 SATA port). I forgot to mention that I tried already to clear CMOS, but it doesn't help.
UPD:
tried to remove all storage, dropped NVMe to m2_a, and cleared the CMOS, but it didn't help.

Hi, I tried to buy pcie adapter, but even with this it doesn't work, will check yesterday on another motherboard to see if it works. Can I ask where you bought this SSD?

Is NVMe drive being detected in BIOS?
If it's not detected in BIOS, then the drive might be faulty or
some BIOS settings preventing it to be detected properly.

What windows version are you using?
Windows 7 doesn't have native support for NVME.
Several hotfixes and NVME drivers have to be installed.

If it's windows 10 or windows 11 then show screenshots:
Device Manager - disk drives and storage controllers expanded,​
Disk Management,​
Windows Storage Spaces (Control Panel/Storage Spaces)​

I also have almost the same problem with M2 lexar NM790 4TB I had in my desktop PC as a primary SSD installed Win11 after a windows update it didn't wake up anymore, when I turn on the PC bios recognizes it but when I try to boot the PC it restarts automatically and from that moment it doesn't recognize the BIOS until I turn off the PC completely and turn it on from the beginning.
I removed it from the PC and bought an M2 to USB adapter, it does the same thing it is recognized for a few seconds in disk management and stops. My primary goal is to recover the data inside but without success..
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?
