LG 19EN33 "Full HD" Function

I bought a LG 19EN33 18.5' LED Monitor. It has a Full HD 1080p features, but I don't know how to set it. My max resolution is only 1368x768. I'm using DVI, and my GPU is Sapphire Radeon HD7750 1GB DDR5, which it's max resolution is more than 1366 by using a DVI. Can you help me to this ?

1.) its a 19inch monitor, further indicated by the "19" in its 19en33 model name
2.) its max resolution is 1366x768. you cannot make it higher without a new monitor thats actually 1080p capable
3.) i dont think ive ever seen a screen size that small that was 1080p
