LG 27mp68VQ audio not working

I know these is a common question but I still can't make it using existing advices. here is my problem.

I have a monitor lg 27mp68vq with builtin speakers. connected to hdmi directly to my videocard Sapphire nitro oc rx 470 8gb. and running on Windows 10.

the monitor is already detected as default audio device. volume are up. all drivers updated
but still can't make it to work.

any advice?

Does it have an AUX input? If so, does sound come out of the speakers when using it?

Also, does the HDMI audio work if you plug it into another display, like a TV?
